Presentation for the Improving Data, Improving Outcomes Conference. Leading systemic change requires systems thinking, organizational management, content knowledge, and the ability to keep calm and carry on. In order to achieve the desired improvements, leaders often find themselves assuming many different roles and a common role is that of systems coach.
