NaturalReader: Text-to-Speech Tool

NaturalReader is a text-to-speech program that converts any written text into audio, with multiple languages supported. It also includes fonts designed as a reading aid to help dyslexic readers. The free version supports PDF and most document formats and includes the ability to listen to web pages and Google Docs, emails, school notes, and more. There is also a paid version with additional features. School accounts are free until the end of the 2019-2020 school year and for as long as a school is closed due to COVID-19.
